Individual sessions:

Understanding what having ADHD means for you and how it impacts your relationships, work or mental health. People with ADHD may also experience anxiety, depression, anger, low self esteem, imposter syndrome, disordered eating, suicidal ideation and self harm. I can help you gain clarity and give you strategies to manage, eradicate and transform your mental health.

Couple sessions:

Relationship challenges can occur where one partner is neurotypical and one partner is neurodivergent, it may feel at times you’re speaking a different language to one another.  Communication can break down, causing an increase in arguments, anger,  either partner may hold onto resentments, or you may feel that you or your partner is withdrawing from the relationship. Micro aggresions can feed into this space causing relationship ruptures.

I can help you understand each other and give you the tools to communicate in a healthier, constructive way, rebuild connection, intimacy and have an overall fullfilling relationship.

Young Person sessions:

I work with young people from the age of 12+.

ADHD or ASD can present differently in each person and can also include additional mental health challenges, such as disordered eating, anxiety, self harm, depression, a range of mental health issues.

I can help a young person to understand the changes that are happening in their world and give them the tools and techniques to manage their experiences at school, homelife or friendships.

£49.00 50 minute session.
