Psychotherapy & Coaching for individuals, couples and young people.

I use an integrative approach to working with clients who have ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and mental health issues in neurodivergent young people and adults. I also work with couples where one partner is neurodivergent.  I bring over 15 years of clinical experience to my practice where I focus on highlighting your unique abilities and overcoming challenges related to attention, executive function, and behaviour.  You’ll discover the insights, understanding and strategies to thrive and embrace each day with confidence and resilience.

Neuro-affirming therapy, coaching & hypnotherapy.

Couple sessions:

Relationship challenges can occur where one partner is neurotypical and one partner is neurodivergent, it may feel at times you’re speaking a different language to one another.  Communication can break down, causing an increase in arguments, anger,  either partner may hold onto resentments, or you may feel that you or your partner is withdrawing from the relationship. Micro aggresions can feed into this space causing relationship ruptures.

I can help you understand each other and give you the tools to communicate in a healthier, constructive way, rebuild connection, intimacy and have an overall fullfilling relationship.

£85.00 50 minutes session.

Package of 4 x50 minute sessions £306.00 – 10% discount applied for payment in full.

Young Person sessions:

I work with young people from the age of 12+.

ADHD or ASD can present differently in each person and can also include additional mental health challenges, such as disordered eating, anxiety, self harm, depression, a range of mental health issues.

I can help a young person to understand the changes that are happening in their world and give them the tools and techniques to manage their experiences at school, homelife or friendships.

£49.00 50 minute session.

I can help you with:

Anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, disordered eating, anger management, childhood trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ+, relationships, emotional abuse, feeling sad, panic attacks, stress, self-harm, suicidal ideation, executive function, setting and achieving goals.

Common challenges faced by adults experiencing ADHD symptoms:

  1. Struggles with Maintaining Focus and Completing Tasks
  2. Tendency Towards Distraction and Impulsivity
  3. Feelings of Restlessness or Hyperactivity
  4. Resistance to Starting Tedious Tasks
  5. Procrastination, Especially Without Imminent Deadlines
  6. Difficulty Estimating Time Required for Tasks
  7. Habit of Last-Minute Actions or Punctuality Issues
  8. Establishing and Cultivating Balanced Relationships
  9. Managing Emotions and Regulation
  10. Sleep-related Issues

Do you recognise any of these symptoms in yourself or your partner?

Just because you have ADHD or ASD does not make you 'less' than or inferior to others, we are all just beautifully different and diverse.
