My Experience
I have worked with over a 1,000 clients in in my Coaching and Therapy private practice in Cheshire, UK.
I work with both men and women, individuals and couples, around a wide range of presenting issues. Qualified to Level 7 as a Psychotherapist, with a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy, Counselling & Relationship Therapy, my focus is understanding the key issues, getting results and working to find the best solution for my clients. Clients have previously said that they chose me because, whilst I have a friendly and supportive nature I understood them and their needs straight away and worked with them to quickly resolve their issues for the better.
My clients value the anonymity and confidentiality of my practice, I follow the BACP and EMCC code of ethics and I am constantly updating my skills and qualifications with regular CPD training days.
Confidentiality contracts and GDPR are discussed and signed upon commencement of coaching and of course NDA’s can be signed if required.
I’m an experienced Business and Personal Coach, certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practioner, Hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapist. I’m also an experienced Psychotherapist and a BACP registered Couples Psychotherapist Counsellor.

High performing individuals such as Directors, Owners, Chief Execs, Sales Management who want to realise and transform their business potential, clear out their unconscious limiting beliefs and conflict, co-creating new strategies/goals for success.
