As an integrative psychotherapist, coach, and lifestyle advocate specializing in supporting peri-menopausal women, I offer a comprehensive approach aimed at transforming and managing the various challenges they face.

Utilizing principles of lifestyle medicine, I design personalized nutrition plans to calm the nervous system and rebalance hormonal fluctuations.
Additionally, I equip women with practical tools and strategies to deepen their understanding of the changes occurring during this phase of their lives, empowering them to navigate with greater resilience and self-awareness.
