
I wanted to create this post as so many people have been contacting me about their ‘COVID-19 anxiety’ and how could I help them.
Firstly it’s really important to understand that it’s completely normal to be experiencing a wide range of emotions right now.
Simply naming our emotions and how we are feeling can have a beneficial impact on our wellbeing, take a moment now to tune into your body, notice how are you feeling?
Write down how you physically feel, what you’re thinking and how you feel emotionally….. do you feel happy, sad, lonely, anxious, frustrated….?

There’s no magic bullet to beating your anxiety.… it’s just about understanding it and using consistent strategies, don’t give up.
The more regularly you’re willing to show up for yourself, to understand your anxiety, what triggers your anxiety and implement key strategies to manage it the more you will feel in control and less anxious.
